3. Natural Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape measure taut. You can find your natural waist by bending to the side and finding where your waist folds.
4. Drop Waist
Measure around your drop waist, keeping the tape measure taut. Your drop waist is about 5cm or 2 inches below your natural waist.
Measure around the fullest part of your bottom at the top of the leg, at about 20cm or 8 inches below your natural waist.
Stand straight with your legs closed together. Measure the inside length of your leg from the inner top of your leg (crotch) to the floor without wearing shoes or to the point where the trouser is worn on the shoe.
