In our Brands Catalogue, you can choose from a wide range of clothes and products from 80 leading brands. You can send your enquiry to us at customerservice@arisuniforms.com including product codes, colours and quantities. We will provide you with pricing and delivery details. The brand products are special order items and take 10- 15  business days to arrive. These special order items are non refundable, therefore it is a good idea to place an order for samples so that you can know what to expect. There is no minimum quantity.

We do our best to keep prices competitive for the global brand products we carry that are available in the Greek Cypriot market. Should you find a better price in the Greek Cypriot market for a product that is the same brand and colour we may be able to match the price.

Or if you are searching for something specific, type the desired product name into the search tab at the top right of the webpage and we will show you everything on the website related to your search.

There is no minimum quantity for stock items. There is a minimum quantity associated made to order items.

If you would like a sample of a product that is in stock, the procedure is the same as a purchase and you may return the goods within 40 days of the invoice date for a full refund. We can give you a refund provided that the goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or altered. We cannot refund items that are not in their original condition. Please see our Return and Exchange policy for further information.

We offer trouser shortening which costs 5 EUR /item and is complimentary when a purchase is over 100 EUR. 

Make sure to check the item’s care label for washing instructions. Each item has its specific washing, drying and ironing specification. 

Our e-shop currently ships within Cyprus and Greece. For international shipping please contact us with your enquiry at customerservice@arisuniforms.com and we will provide you with a shipping quotation.

Stock items are delivered in 1-2 business days within Cyprus and up to 5 business days to Greece. You will be contacted by the courier company regarding the delivery of your order.

Each delivery has a tracking number of which you will notified by email.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with information about the next delivery attempt or how to contact them.

We offer shipping options with ACS Courier and Box Now courier services. International deliveries will be quoted with the most economical or express delivery options.

Simply select the item you wish to shop, choose your desired colour, size and quantity. Click the ‘add to bag’ button.

If you wish to make a change to an order, it will need to be cancelled and a new order must be placed. You can try to cancel your order by calling our customer service team on +357 25753490. Once the order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to cancel it. It is our priority to ensure that you receive your order quickly. Therefore, it is often the case that the order has already been shipped, so that we cannot make any further changes. The invoice/delivery note in the parcel you have received will detail all the items that should be included in it. If an item is listed and not in the parcel, please contact us by email at customerservice@arisuniforms.com and we will look into this matter without delay.
