Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations. If, however, you change your mind about any product/s you ordered from us, we gladly accept returns of stock items within 30 days of the original invoice date for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns for special order and personalised product(s).
Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. In the case of exchanges, we can only process like for like exchanges for a different colour or size of the same style.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS
- Return the package to us using a secure, trackable method. Please remember to request proof of postage and arrange adequate insurance; we cannot be held liable for any items lost during transit before they reach our warehouse.
- We will send you an email to let you know either when the product you requested in exchange is being sent to you, or when your return has been processed. Please allow 5 working days from the date we receive your return for your item to be sent in exchange or for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
