RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations. If, however, you change your mind about any product/s you ordered from us, we gladly accept returns of stock items within 40 days of the original invoice date for a refund. We cannot process exchanges for online orders, a new order must be placed. We cannot accept returns for special or custom orders and personalised products.

Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. 

 

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Please fill out the Return Request and send the package to Aris Uniforms, 52 Kosti Palama St., 4001, Limassol, Cyprus using a trackable method. Please remember to request proof of postage. We cannot be held liable for any items lost during transit before they reach our warehouse.

We will send you an email to let you know when your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your package. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
